Job Description

We are hiring a Construction Supervisor with solid offshore oil & gas experience, particularly with North Oil Company (NOC). This role demands leadership, technical knowledge, and adherence to HSE regulations. Qualifications: - Diploma or HNC in Mechanical / Structural / E&I / Telecom - 12+ years of experience in oil & gas construction - 6+ years in a supervisory role - Must have NOC offshore experience Responsibilities: - Supervise structural, mechanical, and E&I works offshore - Enforce PTW, toolbox talks, JSA, and SIMOPS protocols - Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, marine logistics - Prepare method statements, lessons learned, and reports - Monitor QA/QC, lead inspections, and manage documentation Technical Skills: - MS Office 365, AutoCAD, Navisworks / SolidWorks - Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
