Planning Engineer – Construction (6–8 Years Experience) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project completion in coordination with project teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and detailed project timelines Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules when required Conduct delay analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports Monitor manpower, equipment, and material resources Track project milestones and critical path activities Assist in cost control and forecasting
