Planning Engineer (Proposals / Tendering)* Experience : 8-10 years (Civil Background) We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in the Proposal/Tendering department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and managing multiple tenders, with solid exposure to building, infrastructure, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. ________ Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed project schedules and baseline programs for tender submissions. • Review tender documents (drawings, BOQ, specifications) and identify planning requirements. • Develop resource-loaded schedules, cash flow projections, and manpower histograms. • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and procurement teams during bid preparation. • Analyze project scope, risks, and constraints to develop realistic execution plans. • Prepare method statements, phasing plans, and construction sequences. • Review and incorporate subcontractor timelines into the overall tender program. • Support management with bid strategy and technical inputs.
