🚨 Hiring: Planning Engineer (Proposals / Tendering) 📍 Location: Qatar 👷 Experience: 8–10 Years (Civil Background) We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in Proposal & Tendering for building, infrastructure, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. ✅ Key Requirements: ▪ 8–10 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction ▪ Proven experience in preparing and managing multiple tenders ▪ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project planning tools ▪ Experience with building, infrastructure, fit-out, and refurbishment projects 📋 Key Responsibilities: ▪ Prepare tender schedules and baseline programs ▪ Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications ▪ Develop resource-loaded schedules, cash flow forecasts, and manpower histograms ▪ Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and procurement teams ▪ Analyze project risks and execution constraints ▪ Prepare method statements, phasing plans, and construction sequences ▪ Integrate subcontractor schedules into tender programs ▪ Support bid strategy and technical submissions
