Plumber Requirements & Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management/maintenance. Valid ITI/Trade Certificate in Plumbing or relevant field. Experience in plumbing maintenance. Knowledge of water supply, drainage and sanitary systems. Ability to identify and repair plumbing faults. Key Responsibilities Perform plumbing preventive and corrective maintenance. Repair water leaks, pipes, valves and sanitary fixtures. Inspect water supply and drainage systems. Respond to plumbing breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
