Production Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) 📍 Location: Qatar A leading company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate production activities - Monitor productivity and ensure quality standards are maintained - Manage and motivate production teams - Implement production schedules and optimize workflow - Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures Requirements - 3–5 years of relevant production supervision experience - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to manage teams and achieve production targets - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - Fluency in English and Arabic - Good computer skills
