Property Manager – Qatar We’re hiring a qualified Property Manager to lead property operations in Qatar. Key: property ops, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, vendor mgmt, budgets, regulatory compliance. Requirements: - Proven experience in property management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination - Strong knowledge of Qatar authorities/regulations (MoI, Municipal Affairs, REALA) - Budgeting, vendor management, compliance with local laws - Prior Qatar real estate/property management experience preferred - Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder mgmt - Able to work independently and in a team; multi-property handling a plus - English fluency; Arabic a plus
