𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Purchasing Officer Position | Food Industry Experience in Qatar 📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Doha, Qatar 👨‍💼 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as purchasing officer Food Industry. - Strong knowledge of purchasing principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft package. - Must have Valid QID, can provide NOC to transfer. 👨‍💼 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: - Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses. - Assessing vendors and their offers with in-person visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality. - Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all requests. - Negotiating vendors agreement and contracts. - Coordinating with foreign & local shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
