Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking etc. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 4–6 years of solid recruitment experience in Qatar preferably from Oil&Gas industry. Strong communication and coordination skills Strong in souring capabilities Experience using job portals and ATS systems Salary & Benefits: As per company policy
