Seaworks Company ⚓Recruitment Supervisor – Marine /Offshore – Salary 5000 QAR + Accommodation + Transportation ⚓Indian National 📋 Job Summary The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee the recruitment and deployment of seafarers, offshore workers, and marine technical staff. This role involves supervising a recruitment team, coordinating with HR Manager and ensuring timely and compliant hiring for offshore and maritime operations. Qualifications : ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marine / Maritime Management preferred. ✔️ Strong relationships with multiple recruitment agencies. ✔️ Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years supervising a team. ✔️ Experience in marine/offshore recruitment is highly preferred. ✔️ Strong understanding of seafarer certifications, STCW regulations, and flag state requirements. ✔️ Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maritime recruitment platforms ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ✔️ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and urgent deployments.
