Hiring, Sales & Marketing Executive (Furniture) Location Qatar Languages Known: English and Hindi We are looking for Outdoor Sales and Marketing professional for the furniture Production unit. Responsible for driving revenue, generating leads, and promoting products to retail consumers or B2B clients. Blend market research, brand promotion, and direct client relationship management to maximize sales. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities by networking with Schools, Colleges, Universities, interior designers, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients. Customer Consultation & Sales: Greet clients, assess their design and spatial needs, and recommend tailored furniture or interior solutions that fit their budget and lifestyle. Marketing & Promotions: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email newsletters, and seasonal showroom promotions. Product Knowledge & Merchandising: Maintain expert knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, and current interior design trends. Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure floor displays are engaging and attractive. Account Management: Track client interactions, prepare quotations, and manage the entire sales pipeline using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Customer Satisfaction: Handle inquiries, resolve any product or delivery issues promptly, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Essential Qualifications & Skills Experience: *Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in furniture sales, #interiorDesign, or a related home furnishing/B2B fit-out industry in Qatar.* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of custom furniture brands, construction details, and modern interior design concepts. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. A confident, target-driven mindset with the ability to close deals.
