Scaffolding Supervisor (Onshore & Offshore) A full-time opportunity for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with 5–7 years in Oil & Gas projects. The role involves overseeing erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with CISRS, OSHA, and safety standards. Requirements: * CISRS Supervisor certification (or equivalent) * 5–7 years of relevant scaffolding experience * Expertise in safety regulations, risk assessments, and inspections * Strong leadership and communication skills * Physically fit for onshore/offshore environments * Experience managing multinational crews Responsibilities: * Supervise scaffolding activities * Conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance * Coordinate with teams and enforce permit-to-work systems * Maintain records and guide safe practices
