Job Description

Facilitx Facility Management & Maintenance is looking for a highly experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations for a major high-rise commercial project in Qatar. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Lead full FM operations (Hard & Soft Services) for a large-scale facility Manage client and tenant relationships professionally Ensure full compliance with local regulations (QCDD, Kahramaa, etc.) Oversee PPM, corrective maintenance, and emergency response Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance Manage budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and cost control Lead and manage a large technical team and subcontractors Prepare reports, audits, and operational documentation Ensure Health & Safety standards are strictly followed 🎯 Requirements: Minimum 10+ years experience in Facilities Management At least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role in Qatar Experience handling high-rise towers or large commercial projects Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements Proven leadership and team management skills Fluent in English & Arabic (Mandatory) Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills 📍 Location: Qatar 📌 Eligibility: Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar
