*We Are Hiring: Senior Financial Cost Controller – Qatar* We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Financial Cost Controller to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing cost structures, driving financial efficiency, and supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead cost control processes across operations and projects • Analyze financial data, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions • Develop and implement robust cost control systems and procedures • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities • Collaborate with department heads to ensure cost efficiency and compliance • Prepare detailed financial and management reports for senior leadership Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred) • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cost control or financial management • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools • Experience in hospitality/F&B sector is a strong advantage If you are a results-driven professional looking to take on a strategic finance role, we encourage you to apply.
