🚨 HIRING: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – GIS & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION 🚨Bilingual 📍 Location: Qatar 💼 Contract: Long-Term Mind Stream is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise digital transformation programme focused on modernising GIS platforms using ESRI ArcGIS and integrating them with core business systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end GIS modernisation programme, from requirements through production support. Manage integration between GIS and core enterprise business platforms. Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment, process automation, data migration, and system cutover. Lead phased rollouts across multiple business units with strong project governance. Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and manage cross-functional vendors. Report programme progress, risks, and key decisions to executive stakeholders. Requirements: Strong experience in enterprise IT project management and digital transformation programmes. Proven GIS project leadership experience using ESRI ArcGIS and spatial data systems. Experience in enterprise systems integration, data migration, and system cutover. Excellent vendor management, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Fluent in Arabic and English.
