Senior Quantity Surveyor (SAP Experienced)* (5 months and extendable) 1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in construction/commercial management. 3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: • SAP system (Compulsory) • Subcontractor invoice evaluation and processing • Client invoice preparation and submission • Interim payment applications and certification • Variation Orders (VO) • Maintaining the commercial logs • Familiar with contractual procedures and project commercial administration. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Immediate joiners
