We are Hiring 👨‍💼 Shift Supervisor – Logistics & Transport Operations 🔹 Experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, warehouse management, or material handling within heavy industries (Aluminium, Oil & Gas, Steel, Manufacturing). * Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role managing drivers, forklift operators, and warehouse personnel in a 24/7 operational environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (MM Module) or similar ERP systems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily transport, material handling, warehouse, and container movement activities. * Manage HD Drivers, Forklift Operators, and support personnel to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and status updates. * Monitor vehicle and equipment availability and coordinate maintenance activities. * Utilize SAP and company systems for inventory management, operational tracking, and reporting. * Maintain operational records, timesheets, attendance, inspections, and fuel usage logs. * Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, security policies, and SOPs. * Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-ups. * Coordinate with internal departments and ensure effective shift handovers. * Perform any additional duties assigned to support operational efficiency. 🔹 Qualification * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. * Diploma holders with relevant industry experience may also be considered.
