Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our digital presence end-to-end. The role covers content creation, campaign planning, publishing, and performance tracking across key platforms. The ideal candidate can work independently from concept to execution and deliver measurable growth. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (Photography & Videography) * Capture high-quality photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN Editor. * Design posts, carousels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines. * Write captions and on-screen text in both Arabic and English. 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 * Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts. * Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar. * Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages. * Ensure content aligns with Qatari and GCC cultural preferences and trends. 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 * Schedule posts using social media management tools. * Monitor regional trends and platform updates. * Track engagement metrics and provide basic performance reports. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 * Experience: 3–5 years in social media management and digital content creation. * Language: Professional fluency in Arabic and English. * Technical Skills: Strong video editing and mobile photography/videography skills. * Cultural Knowledge: Familiar with Qatari and GCC social media trends and seasonal campaigns. * Creativity: Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling through short-form video. * Independence: Able to manage projects with minimal supervision.
