SSOC Supervisor – Medical Sector We are looking for an experienced SSOC Supervisor to join healthcare sector Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily operations of the medical support center 2. CAFM/SCS/Vocera systems handling, call handling, dispatch coordination, reporting 2. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and admin departments 3. Monitor staff performance and workflow 4. Ensure smooth patient service operations 5.
