Talent Acauisition Lead Nationality: Filipino Salary: QAR 9,000 - QAR 10,000 per month Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is preferred Team Management: Previous experience managing a recruitment team is preferred, or the ability and willingness to take on team leadership responsibilities. Industry Background: Proven experience in the staffing, recruitment industry is required. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and meet hiring deadlines. Target-driven mindset with strong leadership anc problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-orientec environment.
