𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and prepare recruitment reports. Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality standards. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in handling bulk and technical recruitment is an advantage. Locally available candidates in Qatar are preferred.
