Job Description

Hiring Technical Documentation Assistant (Turnaround Section) for 5 years contract, Qatar We are looking for a Technical Documentation Assistant to support the Turnaround Section on a long-term basis. The role involves document control, contractor coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth turnaround operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Turnaround team. • Maintain and track internal and external correspondence. • Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes (MOM). • Manage and retrieve technical documents using company systems. • Support contractor documentation and workflow processes. • Process gate passes and track contractor-related requests. • Ensure proper document control, compliance, and confidentiality. Requirements: • Diploma or Graduate in a technical field. • Minimum 5 years of document control experience (Oil & Gas/Petrochemical preferred). • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and document management systems. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
