Job Description

Position: Technical Support Specialist Location: Qatar We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Qatar. Responsibilities: • Provide 1st & 2nd line support to end users • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and devices (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile, etc.) • Manage user accounts, passwords, and profiles • Log and track incidents using ITSM tools • Support VIP users and handle escalations • Maintain system availability and assist with IT operations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field • 3+ years of IT support experience • Strong troubleshooting skills • Experience with SCCM / ITSM tools is a plus • ITIL / MCSE certifications are a plus
